Welcome to Xceptional Car Service. By booking or using our transportation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Service Description

Xceptional Car Service provides professional ground transportation services throughout Colorado's Front Range and Rocky Mountain region. Our services include airport transfers, mountain resort transportation, corporate travel, special events, and hourly chauffeur services.

2. Booking and Reservations

Booking Process:

  • Reservations can be made online through our booking system or by phone
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
  • Advanced booking is recommended, especially for airport and resort transfers
  • Last-minute bookings are accommodated when possible but not guaranteed

3. Payment Terms

Payment Requirements:

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of service
  • We accept major credit cards and approved corporate accounts
  • All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
  • Gratuity is not included but appreciated for exceptional service
  • Additional charges may apply for wait time, route changes, or special requests

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% charge
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup: Full charge
  • No-shows will be charged the full fare
  • Flight delays and cancellations: We monitor flights and adjust accordingly at no additional charge

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information and contact details
  • Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Comply with all applicable laws and vehicle rules
  • Not smoke, use illegal substances, or consume alcohol in the vehicle (unless arranged in advance)
  • Secure your personal belongings - we are not responsible for lost items
  • Pay for any damage caused to the vehicle during your service

6. Service Limitations

We Reserve the Right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive
  • Terminate service if passengers behave inappropriately
  • Cancel or reschedule services due to weather, road conditions, or emergencies
  • Adjust routes based on traffic, construction, or safety concerns

7. Liability and Insurance

All vehicles are fully insured and operated by professional, licensed chauffeurs. However, Xceptional Car Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Wait Time and Additional Charges

Wait Time Policy:

  • Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after flight landing
  • All other pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time
  • Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period will be billed at our standard hourly rate
  • Route changes or additional stops may incur extra charges

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
